RSVP Paris offers a 30-day return window from the date of delivery for all items in their original condition and packaging. We ensure a seamless exchange or refund process to guarantee your complete satisfaction with our leather goods.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the item in its original dust bag and gold-stamped box, ensuring all protective films and tags remain intact.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your shipping carton.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package to the designated carrier point; once received at our Paris atelier, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
